Old games never die… they just become more exploited. If you’re as spoddy as me you’ll actually enjoy watching speedruns of games old and new at the internet archive. Some of the Doom/Halo runs are amazing.
Alternatively, emulators can now save and play back whole sessions, so you can see how it’s done by the legends. Don’t tell me you’ve never wanted to see Jet Set Willy completed perfectly? Or The Hobbit? Or…
