Yes! Dean Learner/Lerner/I forget! It's got Baimbridge from the Mighty Boosh in it as well, and lots of other cameos. The best thing is, it improves as the series goes on. I think it may be my favourite programme of recent memory. Perfectly parodies the James Herbert-type authors. The website's really good as well.

Now I've watched the first episode I realise it's a spoof of the old series The Kingdom. It is also incredibly funny. The guy who is afro bloke in Nathan Barley is brilliant in it. "Cool it Sanchez, or you'll get a knuckle supper" - ep.1, 17:13. I absolutely love it.
