The teacher featured in the glorious documentary was demanding a big slice of the profits but has now sadly been denied by the courts.

That is quite a sad story. I am completely behind the decision though, no money should change hand with regard to documentaries. Can you imagine the Republicans demanding a share of the profits of Fahrenheit 9/11?!
