From our Daily News email. This makes me unspeakably angry:

Ambassadors For {friendly bank, plc.} – It happens thankfully very rarely, but occasionally {friendly bank, plc.} does receive complaints from members of the public about the conduct of colleagues who are travelling to and from work. We got such a complaint on Tuesday from someone travelling on the Edinburgh to Edinburgh Park train who witnessed an altercation with a ScotRail employee. Obviously, there’s always two sides to a story and things can be taken out of context…but for a passerby to complain and pass on a detailed description of the person suggests the seriousness of the incident. Please remember that we’re all advocates for the bank when we step out of the door and the image we project is one that reflects on all of us.
