A quick report first I imagine.
Friday was a Belfry night with the the Riders of RoHaz, featuring backing vocals from Fraser, Steve, Robbie, etc. etc. and a small, red, wooden postvan. Kickout led us through the infamous Concorde chippy and a fridge-clearing carryout from Bertie’s. Then back to Steve’s for vinyl abuse and gibbering. Unusually for a weekend-starter I stayed up til 6ish arguing with Robbie and “Big” James about the usual pseudo-liberal pish (Iraq, Israel, capitalism, burdz).
Saturday was a rugby-dodging day of tiredness. Spent most of the afternoon on the phone sympathising with other hungover people. The evening saw heroic fortitude though as I recruited P Moseley and copious alkyhol to take through to disco’s glasgow bash.
Off the train then through pouring glasgow dreich to davey’s place, sporting a new living room where the ex-flatmate used to be. The usual buckfast-swilling kids were present and good company as always, tossed together roughly with an assortment of european students courtesy of Dave’s French (Melanie) and Swiss (Leo) flatmates. Oh, and the young neighbours for whom the phrase wee burdz was coined *homer drool*.
Slightly unexpected attendees during the evening/morning were our Al M + pardner, as well as a bemused Stuart Murdoch from B&S (as opposed to B&Q. Or C&A).
As predicted the fun x 3 didn’t end until well into Sunday morning. Home and terminal crash. Actually the Sunday afternoon wasn’t quite the usual but nothing I could report in a wholesome organ such as this.
Oh, and amusingly I decided to take Monday off due to ill health. The pair wee lamb.

Aye the boy murdoch was spotted sniffing around wee Melanie again. Didn’t stay too long and no wonder being dressed the way he was, some public shool boy outfit with teeny wee shorts. Still all in all a good party and we succesfully got away with it. Nae damage, nae polis and nae grief from the neighbours. Oh I take it that video I gave you was pretty good then Aaron. Or were you hinting at something even worse?
