Bee Thousand are playing a gig this Saturday with Part Chimp from London, featuring members of Ligament, and Degrassi from Edinburgh, who feature former Idlewild bassist Bob Fairfoull. The DJ for the evening will be none other than Jason Reece, guitarist/singer/drummer/madman from Texan supremos And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead. The venue is the Liquid Room on Victoria St and the doors are at 7pm. Our band will be on first, probably at 7.45.
If you are interested in coming along you can buy a ticket from me for £5, or £6 on the door on the night. We normally wouldn’t put on a show in a large venue like the Liquid Room but it was the only place available that night so we are taking a big financial risk. Therefore if you aren’t up to much between 7pm and 10pm this Saturday you should come along, it would be appreciated. Also if you know of anyone who might be interested then please forward this on.

Stu, I’m so sorry. I’ve tried to move heaven and earth in order to come, but i’ve made other commitments that I can’t get out of. Fuck. If its any consolation, dude, I’d much rather be there : )Pissed off too, cos I said I would. I just forgot. Sorry mate, what can I say, i’m a dickhead. But like, you already know that! so big fat soooory’s in your direction.
