The mighty Bee Thousand have managed to get their debut gig organised…
We shall be playing on Thursday 10th July in Bannermans, Edinburgh. Basically we wanted to get a gig before heading into the studio to see how our songs come over when played to an audience. There are 3 other bands on the bill that night and I’ve no idea what they’ll be like. There is every likelihood that we will be playing first but this is unconfirmed.
I shall have an allocation of tickets (roughly 15) on sale for 3 or 4 quid and you will also be able to pay on the door. If you come along, mention you are there to see Bee Thousand when paying the girl, this means we’ll receive our fair share of the door which is split between the owners and the bands.
I am doing everything I said I wouldn’t for my debut gig which is telling all my close friends to come along…
…ARGH, too much pressure!
