Do you ever wake up from emotionally intense dreams that fuck you up for the rest of the day? Happens to me far too often. You’ve either been hanging out with people that are dead, or ex-girlfriends, or just in situations that haven’t been. I’m applying for a new dream commissioner, the current one has something against me.

As I was in the old office yesterday clearing my desk I feel I can now talk about my old company Spektra with impunity. Oddly reassured to have recovered my magic 8-ball and assorted office dreck. Best of luck to Spektra and all who sail in her though; it’s been a good place to work and I’ve met some really talented people. Also got the official cheerio from the client I’ve been working with for the last year (where I’ve also met some lovely people); handshakes and a nice bottla red all round.

Out last night to the Edinburgh College of Art degree show to see Catherine “CJ” Angerson’s work (hey Catherine!). Some great stuff but didn’t get enough time to get round everything. Ree, you would have loved it mate. Will definitely be there next year with the chequebook. Managed to avoid total beer fatality but the Budvar maiming and ongoing lack of sleep is getting annoying on early mornings.

I’m adding another project on the rapidly filling To Do Quite Soon List: install and configure PostNuke. It’s an extensible CMS – so think very posh weblog with users, security, mail, forums, etc. Will probably just use it for a gallery initially (so Stu can look at pictures of himself on the web) ; P

Cheers air it’s been a pleasure to work with you man even though you do exhibit some homo tendencies. Hope our paths cross again in the future. In the meantime I’ll keep checking back on “Taking Fire” to see what you’re up to. It’s like an online “This Life” man.
