Well, I got me a company. Hot damn.
Check out the evidence at Companies House – I got the catchy number SC251077. Next I have to send forms in to assign the initial directors (my dad is Secretary, I’m MD) and hand out shares and stuff. Then register with the VAT punters. All great fun.
Managed to score clockworklogic.co.uk, .net and .org. Considering getting .ltd.uk and org.uk but who uses them…?
