I bought this off a guy on eBay and was very, very happy as it has had no UK DVD release whatsoever and I missed the one showing of it at the Filmhouse last year.
I started to get worried lately though, as I’d sent him a cheque a few weeks back and there was no sign of the DVD. So yesterday I fired off a nice, polite email to him:
Hi,
I was just wondering what the status of the DVD was? Did the cheque clear OK?

I got his reply today, which reaffirms my belief in the eBay community (still no David Bowie poster y’see):
hi stuart, the cheque has cleared, sorry for the delay in sending the dvd, i had to get another one in as i didnt realise the one i had in the dvd had shattered inside for some reason, but i got another one in and have sent it out today first class signed. im sorry for this delay and cant apologise enough. anyway hope you enjoy the dvd and it will be with you soon.
