behold.. Myself and some of the other twisted creatives at Duncan Of Jordanstone, are about to embark on a bit of a sexxxy project. Its an online digital type foundry called leftofsix, and its gonna make us a million. The deal is pretty much along the same lines as t-26 but the plan is to be a bit more experimental, and cheaper, to start off with. We’ve already got several fonts up and running, and have just been told that the mighty mighty k10k.net are going to give us a link for free (they have a stupid amount of hits per day) along with praystation.. so we must be doing something right. In time, along with the fonts, we plan to branch out into clothing, graphic design, and stuff like that, so its all quite exciting. To start off with, all the money transactions are going to be done through paypal, cos it means that we dont have to declare ourselves a business, and waver our student status, but who knows? this time next year rodney… We bought the domain yesterday, and plan to go live at the end of April.. fingers crossed. The brainchild of the operation is Mr. Colin Bennett, who is a design savant, and at 23 already has projects for the likes of mtv under his belt. He’s just finished the corporate Id, and its lovely. I’ll forward it as soon as I get my hands on the EPS. ; )

I’ll be quite honest though, it sounds excellent. A lot to sort out, but I’m sure the talent is there. Nice job on not choosing a shit name also : )

LeftOfSix is a great name Air. Its deliberately abstract, but has its feet firmly on the ground. Its all to do with us never having any time, and trying to get things done in a 5 day week – ie 5 x 24 = 120hrs and to the left of six days. But with no spaces. Cos no time.
