I think its just becoming more obvious now. To be honest, I've been so wrapped up in my own life to take much else of the world in of the last few months, but one thing is quite obvious. If the US's foreign policy was acceptable then the world would be politicaly and otherwise much less volitile, and the likes of 9/11 probably wouldn't have happened. Sweeping statement, I know, but I just think that propaganda has a lot to do with opinion poles, which has a lot to do with redneck motherfukers getting into power. Which has without doubt, everyting to do with our country going to war. (against what? whom?) To an extent I think we only have ourselves to blame. What I particularly liked was Colin Powell's admission today that the US will not export any oil from Iraq once any invasion is over. Firstly, they're obviously pretty confident they're going to win if they invade ; ) Secondly, he said that it would be left in Iraq for the Iraqi people... (and for the replacement government the US undoubtedly already have waiting in the wings) Shall sign that in a moment.
